Thanksgiving

In Sanford for Thanksgiving weekend

Andrew's BFF, Bo.  I must tell Andrew to give Alex some space a lot because I overheard him yelling at Bo while being mauled, "No No Bo!  Nonny (naughty)!  Pace (space)!  Pace!"

i was feeding alex after we had gotten home form running errands and andrew was suspiciously quiet.  this is how i found him.  i lifted it up and he was grinning from ear to ear.  i guess he wanted to see what kind of fun went on underneath that car seat cover.

A Few Random Pictures

Andrew is obsessed with the geo.  He got to ride in it a couple of weeks ago with Robert while he ran errands and I think he thinks it's cool because it's "daddy's car."  When he hears the garage door open when Robert gets home he shouts "Deo!" (geo)  Not sure if he's more excited to see the car or his dad :)

Robert takes turns carpooling with a guy from work so sometimes the geo stays in the garage and it confuses Andrew.  He sees that dad's car is here so he asks over and over, "Where dad go?"  One day he had been playing in the garage for a while so I went out to check on him.  He was sitting in the passenger seat of the geo stuffing his face with gum that he had found in the jockey box.  We lock the car doors now :)

We asked him if he wanted to go for a bike ride and he ran as fast as he could to get his helmet and bike then waited for the garage door to open.

I was upstairs giving Alex a bath one morning when Andrew disappeared and was being unusually quiet.  I tried shouting from the upstairs bathroom for him.  After not getting a response from him I got really nervous.  I hurried and got Alex out of the tub, wrapped him in a towel, laid him down in his crib and ran downstairs.  All the while imagining all of the terrible mischief Andrew could have gotten into in the past 2-3 minutes.

When I got to the kitchen, this was what I found:
He had gotten the mushrooms out of the fridge, sliced them with the egg slicer (witch isn't sharp, mind you) and put them in another container.  Haha, can you tell what his regular dinner time task is?  My only complaint, he forgot to rinse them first.

Whit stopped by and played at the park with us on one of his trips through Denver.

Andrew was afraid of Whit's truck and didn't really want to go near it.  But there has been a semi parked across the street from our house for the past few days (where whit was parked) and everytime Andrew sees it he says, "Whitty guck (truck)!"  Then asks, "Where go?  Play?  Fun!"

"my yap (lap), ya?"
